Chamber Electric Coalition
 
Since 2003, Fox, Smolen & Associates (FSA) has teamed up with over 30 Texas Chambers of Commerce to form the Chamber Electric Coalition.  The Coalition helps Chamber members take advantage of the deregulated electricity market by obtaining competitive bids from Retail Electric Providers (REPs) and generating apples-to-apples comparisons of contracts so that members are getting the most savings.
 
Based on the principles of being “Quick, Easy and Safe,” the Coalition has helped its members save millions of dollars on their electricity contracts.

Major Accounts Program
 
The Chamber Electric Coalition is an exclusive program, available only to chamber members.  However, other associations and franchises wanted to establish similar coalitions for their own members, based on the chamber program.
 
After expanding our network, Fox, Smolen & Associates formed a “major accounts” program which allowed for larger entities to take advantage of being a part of an electric aggregation group.  The program permits Fox, Smolen & Associates to work directly with franchisees, helping them find competitive contracts.  A few of the current “major accounts” in the program include:
